If you read my first blog post, you can tell I am a newbie not only to managing my website but also to blogging. I have been working really hard behind the scenes to make the necessary changes on the website. I hope to be a great blogger one day!
Do you remember that insurance company commercial with the constant mayhem? Our kids are often referred to as Mayhem 1 and Mayhem 2. They are sweet, curious, loving kids, but they can destroy a room in about 10 seconds. Do not get me wrong, I LOVE MY KIDS! This is why securehomepeaceful.com came to fruition.
Ever gotten one of those calls about selling your home for cash? I do not believe that someone would pay cash for my house. It has holes in the walls and doors. Every wall in the kids' bedrooms is written or scribbled on. Screens are missing from the windows that my children have climbed out of to elope. We had to replace the door handles to secure them with a code or fingerprint entry into the master bedroom, the pantry, and the hall closet. We also placed locks on several of the kitchen cabinets. If you think teenage boys eat you out of house and home, I can almost guarantee that my two would beat them every time in a competition.
